At the beginning of the 20^th century Harry Houdini captured the imagination of the western world by performing seemingly impossible feats wherever he went. As well as creating and performing his escapes on stage he also escaped from prison cells all over the United States and Europe. He invented and exploited the publicity stunt to promote his shows and tested himself through remarkable feats of physical endurance. He continually developed and refined his art, and often reinvented himself, so that he was always one step ahead of his contemporaries.

THE HOUDINI PRINCIPLE is a unique and novel approach to Problem Solving, Creativity and Innovation that combines NLP and the thinking behind the exploits and escapes of Harry Houdini.

The Houdini Principle is an example of a creative approach to creative thinking. It is designed to get people thinking differently using the model and get them to think about what new models they could create for themselves.

THE HOUDINI PRINCIPLE has been created by Tim Kenning. Tim has trained extensively with McKenna Breen and edited and contributed to their newsletter. There are a number of his articles on the Paul McKenna Training website. While he was working on the newsletter Tim had the opportunity to interview Richard Bandler, Derren Brown, Tony Buzan and Robert Cialdini.  Tim has just returned from the USA where he visited The Houdini Museum and attended the First Annual Escape Artist Convention. He has now been invited to present The Houdini Principle to The Magic Circle.
